I was sitting in a cafe in Zagreb taking photos. The original has many more people in it and is not so interesting. So I cropped it to get a much more compelling shot. I then used the Topaz Lens Effect Plug-in and the Adjust Plug-in for Aperture to introduce firstly blur to give the effect of motion (apart from the hands) and then increased vibrancy.
